Communication & Leadership Training

Frameworks your team
will use Monday morning,
not forget by Friday.

Most communication training is repackaged self-help. This isn’t. Workshops and keynotes built on classical rhetoric, tested against modern persuasion research, and delivered with the same hooks that built a 500,000-person platform.

Why this is different

Three things you won’t get elsewhere.

Scholarship, not self-help

The frameworks come from Aristotle, Cicero, Burke, and the modern persuasion researchers who built on them. Every technique has a source. Every claim is testable. Your team isn’t getting recycled LinkedIn posts.

Tested in the real world

The same principles I teach in workshops built an audience of nearly half a million people, with individual breakdowns passing two million views. Theory that doesn’t translate isn’t worth your team’s afternoon.

Applied, not lectured

Your team works through their real current communication problems during the session — difficult conversations, board prep, sales objections — and leaves with a written playbook they’ll use the next morning.

Ways to work together

Five formats. One body of work.

Signature Keynote

The Tyranny of Nice

45–60 min Conferences, leadership offsites, all-hands

Nice and kind are not the same thing. Nice avoids the hard sentence. Kind says it and stays in the room. Most organizations reward the first and then wonder why problems surface six months late, why feedback arrives only at review time, and why the person who saw it coming said nothing.

This talk names the cost of that habit, using research on avoidance, organizational silence, and face-saving — then hands people the language to say the difficult thing without becoming the difficult person.

From $7,500
  • The difference between nice and kind, and why the distinction changes behavior
  • Why people badly overestimate the damage of speaking up — and what the research shows actually happens
  • A repeatable opening for the conversation your team keeps postponing
  • How to disagree without spending the relationship

The problem was never that your people are too harsh. It’s that nobody wants to be the one who says it.

Keynote

The Rhetoric of Influence

45–60 min Conferences, SKO, leadership offsites

A working framework drawn from 2,400 years of rhetoric, tested against modern research, delivered with the hooks that built a viral platform. Audiences leave with three usable techniques — not thirty abstract ideas.

From $7,500
Half-Day Workshop

Communication That Lands

3–4 hours Managers, sales, customer-facing roles

Participants leave with a written communication playbook — opening frames, objection handling patterns, written-vs-spoken decisions — applied to their actual current situations during the session.

From $5,000
Full-Day Intensive

Leadership Communication

6–7 hours Leadership teams, high-potential programs

Extended version of the half-day with deeper application work, individual coaching components, and a 30-day implementation guide so the work continues after the team leaves the room.

From $10,000
Executive Coaching

One-on-one, retainer

3-month minimum VPs, C-suite, founders

Two monthly 60-minute calls, message review, and prep for high-stakes communication — board presentations, investor pitches, all-hands moments, hard conversations. The room before the room.

From $2,500/month

About

A rhetoric scholar who works in the real world.

Dr. Jeff Bogaczyk holds a PhD in Rhetoric from Duquesne University, where his research centers on interpersonal and organizational communication and media ecology. He serves as Head of School at Christian Life School and as Book Review Editor for Explorations in Media Ecology.

He also runs Mind For Life, a content platform translating classical communication scholarship into practical frameworks for professionals and leaders, with a community of more than 500,000 across Instagram, TikTok, and RedNote.

The combination is unusual on purpose. Most communication trainers come from marketing or coaching. A scholar of rhetoric who can also build mass attention — and who runs an actual organization — sees the work from three angles most speakers never have to consider.

Next step

Twenty minutes to see if there’s a fit.

A focused conversation about what your team needs, what’s worked and what hasn’t, and whether one of these formats is the right call. No deck. No pitch. If it’s not a fit, we’ll both know quickly.
